My name is Hayley Lynch, and I am a Journalism student at Rowan University. I have grown up with an embedded appreciation for styles of the past. Whether I was listening to Led Zeppelin with my mom, watching Breakfast at Tiffany’s with my grandmother, or thrift shopping with my aunt, it has been second nature to bring the knowledge and style of such experiences into my present life. Therefore, I am always trying to find ways to make vintage items relevant in my life, such as incorporating them into my wardrobe, adding them to my library of music, or using them to give the decor of my room an interesting edge. I’m using this love of retro inspiration, as well as the experience that I gained from two years spent at F.I.T in NYC, and now my journalism education to create this blog on things reminiscent in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area.
